When the world feels like it’s on fire, the need to inquire into the essence of who we are becomes more vital than ever.

In such times, the collective impulse is often to retreat into conditioned behaviors—to fixate on external circumstances, to resist what is, to react. Yet, if we are committed to collective liberation, it is precisely in these moments that we must anchor ourselves in the truth of our being to act with authenticity and purpose.

Imagine if the actions of our world leaders were guided by their true nature. Imagine if our neighbors’ choices reflected this same awareness. Imagine if yours, mine, and ours did.

Recently, I had the privilege of discussing the power of practice with Dan Harris. Our conversation inspired me to share additional entry points for this essential exploration into the heart of who we are.

May it benefit!
