Being Resourced for the Times Ahead
A 6-Day Hybrid Retreat with Caverly Morgan
Morning Meditation Online for All
Evening Gatherings In Person for Portland-Area Participants,
with Online Access for Those Joining from Outside Portland
“In the darkest times, one light can make a magnificent difference. When we come together in beloved community — rooted in truth, remembering our shared being — we create a collective light far brighter than any one of us could shine alone.”
A Week to Remember What Grounds You
Step into the New Year with all its complexity, resourced by clarity, intention, and the gifts of practice — across a week designed to meet you where you are.
Each morning, join Caverly on Zoom for a grounding meditation and check-in before your day begins. Go to work. Run your errands. Carry what arises with you through the hours. Then, each evening, come back together in person — for reflection, teaching, and deeper connection made possible when sharing a room.
Allow this retreat to be the undercurrent to your ordinary week, or clear space to make it a true retreat at home. Either way, it is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and set conscious intentions for the year ahead, rooted in remembering the heart of who we already are.
Through daily guided meditation, mindful inquiry, and honest reflection, we'll explore how conditioned patterns create suffering — and how to gently move beyond them. Journaling and partner dialogue will help illuminate unconscious beliefs, and our evenings together offer a connected, in-person community.
Practice. Live Your Day. Return Together.
This hybrid retreat is designed to weave into the rhythm of your everyday life — beginning together in person, then moving between morning meditation, your ordinary day, and evening community.
Morning meditation is offered online each day for all participants, wherever you are. Evening gatherings are held in person at PIMC, and we ask that all Portland-area participants join us in the room each night — this is where the depth of shared presence and community comes alive. For those joining from outside the Portland area, evening gatherings are also available online.

What Participants Have Experienced
Past participants describe:
This retreat is not about having everything resolved with all of the answers. But you may feel resourced — steadier, clearer, and more rooted in what actually matters to you as the year begins.
What You Can Expect
Whether you're an experienced meditator or new to practice, this week offers space to reconnect with your values, release limiting beliefs, and build a foundation for a year guided by mindfulness and purpose.
CLAIM MY SPOT →Experiences of the Work
Caverly's commitment to loving kindness and practice is a balm. One immediately senses her dedication and the care she puts into her offerings... Each offering lands like a warm and loving embrace.
Her gradual release model of teaching through the lessons we're learning, and then supporting us in practice as a group and in 1:1, has been transformational.
A Note on Evening Gatherings
Part of what makes this retreat powerful is the shared, in-person container we build together each evening — so we ask all Portland-area participants to join us in the room throughout the week.
Online evening access is reserved for those joining us from outside Portland. If accessibility or health circumstances make in-person attendance difficult, please reach out — we're always glad to make this retreat workable for you.
