What Participants Are Saying

I loved being in a group of people who are thinking deeply about how to engage in a loving and authentic manner with other human beings. Caverly created an inclusive and safe environment to ask deep questions of myself, and to be vulnerable in the presence of others.

—Lisa, Practice Collective Participant, Spring 2025

This has been a really amazing forum to get to explore this text. I read [Caverly’s book, The Heart of Who We Are] when she first wrote it and then getting to do these practices with others has changed it completely. I feel like I could probably read this book once a year for the rest of my life and get something completely new out of it.

—Amanda, Practice Collective Participant, Spring 2025

I genuinely looked forward to every Tuesday, coming and getting to see the collective. It was a nice group of people, and I felt like you could really sense the good energy and the caring, kind community that we created. I'm very grateful I was a part of it.

—Savana, Practice Collective Participant, Spring 2025
