Replay: Community, Liberation, and Shared Being An Experiential Evening with Caverly

Something real happened in that space last night. Thank you for being part of it.
Whether you were there live or are coming to it fresh — the full recording is below.
It will be available until March 2nd.

The Invitation to Practice Together

What we touched last night points to something many of us feel but rarely name.

So much of our practice happens alone. We meditate in our rooms, read the books, do the work — and still find ourselves cycling through the same patterns, the same disconnection, the same sense that something is missing.

What's often missing isn't more practice. It's community.

There's something that becomes possible when we practice together that simply cannot happen in isolation. A quality of recognition. Of being met. Of discovering that the freedom we're looking for isn't just personal — it's something we realize together.

That's what Practice Collective 3.0 is built around.

Practice Collective 3.0

Realizing Freedom Together

9 Tuesday Evenings | 7:00 - 8:30 PM PT March 3 - May 12, 2026

Most of us have tasted something true in our practice — a moment of stillness, a glimpse of who we really are beneath the noise. And then life pulls us back in.

Practice Collective exists for what comes next. For the slow, supported work of not just touching freedom, but learning to live from it — together, in community, over time.

Over nine sessions, we'll move through the teachings in Caverly's book The Heart of Who We Are: Realizing Freedom Together — navigating personal and collective barriers, practicing together in dyads and small groups, and discovering what becomes possible when we stop trying to wake up alone. Use code PC50 for $50 off.

Program Description

Join us for an experiential practice collective based on Caverly’s book, The Heart of Who We Are: Realizing Freedom Together.

True change occurs when we not only understand our true nature but also act in the world from this understanding. This nine-session practice collective is designed to help us realize who we truly are, identify personal and collective barriers, and live in service of this deep knowing. Together, we will navigate the challenges and celebrate the triumphs of our shared journey.

What to Expect:

  • Guided Meditation: Experience deep, guided meditations to cultivate mindfulness and presence.

  • Dharma Discussion: Engage in rich discussions that illuminate and deepen your understanding.

  • Dyad and Small Group Work: Connect with others through structured, intimate conversations.

  • Reflection and Integration: Reflect on your experiences and insights for personal growth and life integration.

  • Relational and Emergent Approach: Support in accessing your direct experience of truth through being met in the moment, where you are.

  • Recommended Reading and Practices: Deepen your practice between sessions with materials from Caverly’s book, The Heart of Who We Are: Realizing Freedom Together.

What Participants Are Saying

This has been a really amazing forum to get to explore this text. I read [Caverly’s book, The Heart of Who We Are] when she first wrote it and then getting to do these practices with others has changed it completely. I feel like I could probably read this book once a year for the rest of my life and get something completely new out of it.

—Amanda, Practice Collective Participant, Spring 2025

I genuinely looked forward to every Tuesday, coming and getting to see the collective. It was a nice group of people, and I felt like you could really sense the good energy and the caring, kind community that we created. I'm very grateful I was a part of it.

—Savana, Practice Collective Participant, Spring 2025

About Caverly

After eight years as a Zen monk, Caverly Morgan discovered something unexpected: nothing was missing. The freedom she'd been searching for was already here. Named one of 2025's powerful women of the mindfulness movement, Caverly is a teacher of awakening, nonprofit founder, speaker, and author who blends the original spirit of Zen with a modern nondual and relational approach.

She is the author of The Heart of Who We Are: Realizing Freedom Together and A Kids Book About Mindfulness. As founder of the nonprofits Peace in Schools (the nation's first for-credit mindfulness program in U.S. public high schools) and Realizing Freedom Together, she has pioneered ways for communities to awaken collectively, making teachings that lead to liberation accessible to all.

Praise for Caverly’s Work

Experience Level & Teaching Modalities

This Practice Collective is designed to accommodate a range of experience levels – from practitioners with a basic understanding of contemplative practices or mindfulness to those who have a deep history of practice. Wherever you are in your practice, you’ll be met with tools, activities and discussions aimed at nurturing both personal and collective transformation.

Caverly has an emergent approach when sharing teachings with others. Being responsive to the moment allows her to meet people where they are, adapting as needed in order to support others in accessing their own direct experience of truth.
