An Autumn Contemplative Retreat: Rooting, Unfurling, Letting Go
With Caverly Morgan and Deborah Eden Tull
September 10 - 15, 2026
Hollyhock, British Columbia
What does it mean to truly let go? What are we letting go of, and how? At the threshold of autumn, inspired by the natural world—a natural teacher—join Deborah Eden Tull and Caverly Morgan for this contemplative and restorative journey.
We will delve into the profound themes of rooting in presence, unfurling into embodied being, and letting go of what no longer serves us. Meditation, in its essence, is not about attainment but attunement. As we observe the natural world in fall, we witness a graceful model of attunement, free from the veils that often obscure our being.
As we look to the spirit of this season, we are offered a natural model of how attunement occurs with ease, when we are not caught in what veils being. This immersive experience will include meditation, conscious movement, solo time in nature, reflective writing, contemplative inquiry, and group discussion. With a blend of silence and relationality, a balance of introversion and extroversion, we’ll focus on the joy of being in beloved community while deepening our direct experience of being.
This free five-day event offers a guided path that leads you toward the calm, confidence, and open-heartedness we all long for, through 30 inspiring teachings and guided practice sessions.

Testimonials
The retreat has been one of the richest experiences I have had of coming to present moment, learning to trust life in that moment, and developing skills to respond to life experience in the present moment.

Eden’s presence, teachings, and energy combine to create an invitation towards greater freedom, joy and love – in all its forms – that’s nearly irresistible. Her ways of being convey a depth of respect and a quality of connection and attunement that serve as inspiring evidence of the value of meditation as a way of life. The body of work she’s relaying is not only incredibly timely, but also serves to help shift our culture toward one that’s Earth-honoring, kind, regenerative and peaceful.

Caverly’s commitments to lovingkindness and practice are a balm. One immediately senses her dedication and the care she puts into her offerings. As someone healing from a lifetime of trauma and the self-destructive behaviors that followed, I’ve found refuge in Caverly’s teachings. Each offering lands like a warm and loving embrace – each unique yet infused with a tender familiarity.
