Join Our Team!
Caverly Morgan LLC is a small, dedicated team with a big and bold vision. We are committed to igniting personal transformation and collective awakening. Through our offerings and business model, we are dedicated to actualizing possibility, serving love, and embodying the truth of our shared being.
Named one of 2025's powerful women of the mindfulness movement, Caverly Morgan is a spiritual teacher, nonprofit founder, speaker, and writer whose practice began in 1995 and has included eight years of training in a silent Zen monastery. She is the author of The Heart of Who We Are: Realizing Freedom Together as well as A Kids Book About Mindfulness.
Caverly is the founder of Peace in Schools, which created the nation’s first for-credit mindfulness class in public high schools, and Realizing Freedom Together, dedicated to making liberatory practices accessible to all. She leads meditation retreats, workshops, and online classes internationally. Learn more at caverlymorgan.org.
As a business we aim to raise Caverly’s public profile and grow community engagement. We also seek to apply liberatory practices to the way we conduct business—understanding that places of work have a vital role to play in dismantling systems of oppression and re-balancing equity.
